PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulp mold buffering material capable of protecting sufficiently a projection of a product to prevent surely its breakage or the like without cost increase or enlargement.SOLUTION: A dummy rib 1e is formed integrally in a part where reinforcement by a rib is not required, of a body part 1A of a pulp mold buffering material 1 for embracing a paper feeder (product) 50 having a positioning pin (projection) 52 projected from the outer surface, and a part of the periphery of the rib 1e is cut and the rib 1e is bent (or cut off) so as to be moved to the periphery of the positioning pin 52 of the paper feeder 50. Further, the bent (or cut-off) dummy rib 1e of the pulp mold buffering material 1 is held in the fitted state into a recessed part of a cushioning part 1B. |
