PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete member for housing capable of sufficiently preventing from deteriorating over time due to sulfate or the like derived from soil components.SOLUTION: A concrete member for housing of this invention is used at sections contacting the soil. An urethane primer layer and a polyurethane coating layer are put in this order on a surface of the concrete member for housing, which includes at least a section contacting the soil. The urethane primer layer comprises an urethane primer and the polyurethane coating layer comprises a polyurethane resin composition containing an isocyanate-containing urethane prepolymer (A) and a thixotropy imparting agent (B).
