PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator in which winding of a coil is facilitated while ensuring a desired magnetic path, and to obtain a manufacturing method of a stator and a brushless motor.SOLUTION: A stator 10 includes core configuration sections 14U, 14V, 14W having yoke configuration sections 22U, 22V, 22W divided in the circumferential direction of an annular yoke 40, and teeth 24U, 24V, 24W. The stator 10 also includes a stator case 70 formed cylindrically by using a soft magnetic metal. The stator case 70 is located on the outer peripheral side of the core configuration sections 14U, 14V, 14W arranged annularly. Furthermore, a plastic deformation groove 72 is formed in the outer peripheral surface of the stator case 70 in the circumferential direction thereof, so as to integrate the stator case 70 and the core configuration sections 14U, 14V, 14W. |
