PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber separation device for a rubber roller and a rubber separation method thereof that contribute to improvement in recycling of a metallic shaft 3 and a rubber material 4 by mechanically and efficiently performing a separation process on the metallic shaft 3 and the rubber material 4.SOLUTION: By paying attention to using a circumferential directional blade 11 capable of being brought into close contact with an outer peripheral portion of the metallic shaft 3 and a radial directional blade 12 extending in the radial direction, the rubber separation device comprises an expansion-contraction pin 8, a first movable base 9 installed on a cylinder movable portion 13 of a driving cylinder 6, a second movable base 10 which is adjustable in position, a circumferential directional blade 11 which is changeable so as to increase or decrease the size in its circumferential direction by contacting with and separating from the expansion-contraction pin 8, and a radial directional blade 12 extending outwards in the radial direction of the metallic shaft 3. The rubber separation device can separate the rubber material 4 from the metallic shaft 3 in accordance with driving of the cylinder movable portion 13, using the circumferential directional blade 11 and the radial directional blade 12. |
