PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform communications between arithmetic units in an information processing apparatus including a plurality of arithmetic units.SOLUTION: A first arithmetic unit includes: a data transmission processing part 12 which transmits data to be delivered to another arithmetic unit, to a first storage area 25 out of a plurality of storage areas 25; and an interrupt generation part 13 which generates an interrupt for data transmission from the data transmission processing part 12, to a transmission destination of data together with identification information specifying the storage area 25. A second arithmetic unit includes: an interrupt handling part 23 which, on reception of an interrupt, specifies which arithmetic unit the interrupt is requested from on the basis of the identification information received together with the interrupt; and a data reception part 22 which reads out data from the first storage area 25 corresponding to the arithmetic unit specified by the interrupt handling part 23. |
