PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat radiation performance of conductive members connecting components of an electric power conversion apparatus.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion apparatus according to this invention includes: a power semiconductor module having a power semiconductor element for converting a direct current into an alternating current; a passage formation body which forms a passage in which a cooling refrigerant flows; and a bus bar module in which an alternating current bus bar for transmitting the alternating current is sealed by an insulative resin material. The passage formation body forms first and second openings which connect with the passage. The power semiconductor module is disposed at the passage formation body so as to close the first opening. The bus bar module is disposed in the passage formation body so as to close the second opening.
