PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate in which insulation reliability between holes can be raised when an electric conductive film including metal is formed in a hole inner part, and a production method of the laminate.SOLUTION: A laminate includes: an insulator layer 11 that includes a fiber substrate 110 and a resin layer 112 impregnated in or laminated on the fiber substrate 110; and a metal layer 12 disposed on the insulator layer 11. A hole 113 is formed in the insulator layer 11, an end part 111A of a monofilament 111 that composes the fiber substrate 110 is exposed at an inner wall of the hole 113, and the exposed end point 111A of the monofilament 111 is melting-deformed and performed by diameter expansion. |
