PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel and preferred game machine.SOLUTION: The game machine includes lottery means that executes a prescribed win/failure determination on the basis of an acceptance of a game ball in an operation-start hole 2101 and 2102. On the basis of a win result of the win/failure determination, the game machine sets a state capable of determining a safe win mode where an average profit calculated based on a prescribed probability is offered, or a speculative win mode that is quite different from the average profit, however, primarily tends to determine the speculative win mode rather than the safe win mode. When the speculative win mode is determined, the game machine determines any of a plurality of lottery modes including a high profit lottery mode where it is liable to determine a high profit win rather than a lower profit win. When the speculative win mode is determined, the game machine makes the player aware that, though it is liable to determine the high profit win, it is also liable to determine a low profit win where only a profit far below the average profit is offered. |
