PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter coefficient conversion device, method and program that convert a computer-determined filter coefficient of a FIR filter (BPF) comprising a real component to a complex filter coefficient including an imaginary component.SOLUTION: A filter coefficient conversion device 2 includes: an inverse discrete Fourier transform section 4 for performing an inverse discrete Fourier transform on a filter coefficient comprising a real component to perform a frequency analysis of the filter coefficient; an alias removal section 6 for removing an alias component from the IDFT result acquired by the inverse discrete Fourier transform section 4; and a discrete Fourier transform section 8 for performing a discrete Fourier transform on the IDFT result with the alias component removed in the alias removal section 6 to generate a complex filter coefficient.
