PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building which has a second floor section above a space for a carriage porch and enables the space for the carriage porch and the second floor section to be effectively utilized.SOLUTION: A building has a second floor section 18 above a space for a carriage porch 38 (a penetration section 34). The building can effectively utilize the space for the carriage porch 38 and the second floor section 18 by installing a water section above the space for the carriage porch 38. With the water section positioned above the space for the carriage porch 38, the building can minimize damage due to a water leakage even when the same occurs at the water section because a first floor section 16 below the same is the space for the carriage porch 38 which is an outdoor space. |
