PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a harness protector to be fixed on a vehicle, with a wire harness inserted therethrough for protecting the wire harness arranged in the vehicle, and which can reduce a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of component parts or manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A harness protector 1 comprises one sheet-like part 10 having a rear surface 11 overlapped with a wire harness arrangement surface 32 and a front surface 12 on which a wire harness 41 is placed, and a pair of support wall parts 21 and 22 erected in a state facing the front surface of the sheet-like part so as to sandwich both sides of the wire harness to be placed on the surface of the sheet-like part. In the harness protector 1, a space 23 surrounded with the pair of support wall parts and the front surface of the sheet-like part is formed as a harness housing space through which the wire harness is inserted. The one sheet-like part and the pair of wall parts are integrally formed with one resin plate material by vacuum molding or heat press molding. |
