PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrous powder cosmetic having excellent usability and production stability, where the excellent usability means that there is not a squeaky feeling in application of a hydrous powder cosmetic to the skin but smooth extension and spread and where the excellent production stability means that the appearance of a prepared hydrous powder cosmetic is completely powdery.SOLUTION: A hydrous powder cosmetic having excellent usability and production stability is obtained by containing the following components (A) to (C): (A) a spherical methylsiloxane reticular polymer; (B) a hydrophobically treated inorganic powder; and (C) water.
