The present invention relates to a charcoal-fire roasting apparatus having a charcoal-fire roasting plate with an oil drop preventing function. The charcoal-fire roasting apparatus according to the present invention including a charcoal-fire roasting body and a body support comprises: a charcoal-fire steaming plate disposed between a body cover and a charcoal pedestal which constitute the charcoal-fire roasting body, and having grid-shaped stripes inside a disc edge at the uppermost position of vertical positions in the charcoal-fire roasting body; a charcoal-fire roasting plate having a disc shape with a radius (L1) under the charcoal-fire steaming plate, and having a radius of curvature (R1) such that the charcoal-fire roasting plate is inclined progressively toward an edge region of the disc, wherein the charcoal-fire roasting plate includes charcoal-fire incense outlets (C1) radially extending from the center thereof; and a charcoal holding mesh container disposed between the bottom of the charcoal-fire roasting plate and the top of the charcoal pedestal among the vertical positions inside the charcoal-fire roasting body, and having a hollow cylindrical shape in which vent holes are formed along a side surface of the cylindrical shape, wherein the charcoal-fire roasting plate is provided with a oil drop preventing guider formed of a flexible material at one side of the edge region of the disc shape and having a hollow tubular shape. The charcoal-fire incense, which is generated from the below by combustion of charcoal through the charcoal-fire incense outlets (C1) radially formed in the charcoal-fire roasting plate, can permeate into food materials such as meat, and also the oil discharged from the food materials can be discharged to the outside while minimizing contact of the oil with the food materials. Furthermore, fume generation can be prevented by blocking, in advance, the oil from contacting the charcoal which is being combusted. |
