PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on a patient getting on and off a table.SOLUTION: A table 3 can be deformed to a chair, and a subject 13 sits on the table 3 deformed to the chair. After making the subject 13 sit, the table 3 is deformed such that a cradle 31 becomes a flat plate shape. After deforming the cradle 31 to the flat plate shape, shape-memory members 46 and 47 of the cradle 31 are brought into a vacuum state to be hardened. After hardening the shape-memory members 46 and 47, the cradle 31 is moved to a bore 21, and the subject 13 is scanned. When the scan has ended, the cradle 31 is carried out of the bore 21, and the table is deformed to the chair again. |
