PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information system capable of identifying the actor of gesture using a camera used for gesture recognition.SOLUTION: A gesture of a hand of a user is recognized that is in an image captured by an infrared camera 1 located at the center position in the horizontal direction on a dashboard of a car so as to capture an image of its back direction. From the image, the center point 301 of a hand and the center point 302 in a width direction of an arm are calculated. When the center point 302 of the arm is located at a left side position viewed from the user to the center point 301 of the hand, an actor of the gesture is determined to be the user in a front passenger seat. When it is located at a right side position viewed from the user, the actor of the gesture of the input start is determined to be the user in a driver seat. |
