The present invention relates to a novel apparatus for semi-automatically forming knife cuts, in which, when knife cuts are formed in the processed foods (sausages, fish cakes, oden, and other meats) to allow the processed foods to be sufficiently done and deeply immersed in seasoning, the cutting work can be conducted on a large quantity of processed foods more rapidly, simply, and semi-automatically. In other words, in the present invention, a food tong device (100) is installed above and an automatic knife cut forming frame (200) is installed below. The food tong device (100) is capable of safely, easily, and elastically gripping foods as objects to be processed without the damage of the foods. Multiple inclined knife blade guide grooves are formed on both sides of the food tong device (100) at uniform intervals. Multiple knife blades protrude from both inner wall surfaces of the automatic knife cut forming frame (200) at uniform intervals. So long as the food tong device (100) is vertically inserted down, the knife blades of the automatic knife cut forming frame (200) are guided through the blade guide groves of the food tong device (100) to automatically form multiple knife cuts in both surfaces of the food. |
