PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detection of coordinates with high accuracy as well as endowing a size of a coordinate input area with a degree of freedom.SOLUTION: Each of first and second sensor bars has a mechanism that mutually expands and contracts in a longitudinal direction, and sensors at both ends thereof, and further has a retroreflection part for reflecting light projected from an opposite side sensor. Supposing that sensors provided at both ends of the first sensor bar is defined as sensors A, B, and sensors provided at both ends of the second sensor bar is defined as sensors C, D, an angle directing from the sensor A toward the sensor C, an angle directing from the sensor B toward the sensor C, and an angle formed by the sensor A and the sensor B viewed from the sensor C are obtained, and an angle directing from the sensor C toward the sensor A, an angle directing from the sensor D toward the sensor A, and an angle formed by the sensor C and the sensor D viewed from the sensor A are obtained, On the basis of these, errors in a relative position of the sensor B with respect to the sensor A caused by bending of the first sensor bar, and in a relative position of the sensor C with respect to the sensor D cause by bending of the second sensor bar are adjusted. |
