PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for analyzing organic acid capable of separating organic acid stably and efficiently by adjusting separation more widely and simply.SOLUTION: In a method for analyzing organic acid, a step for separating a plurality of organic acids is included by sequentially supplying a sample containing the plurality of organic acids to two ion-exclusion chromatography columns arranged in series, one of the two columns is adjusted at a temperature of 20°C or more and 28°C or less, and the other is adjusted at a temperature of 40°C or more and 50°C or less. |
