PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve attractiveness for a moving image of a subject with less movement.SOLUTION: A moving image photographing system 1 comprises photographing means 13 for taking an image of a subject, moving image photographing means 12 for taking a moving image at a predetermined frame rate with the photographing means 13, and recording the moving image data in recording means 16, illumination means 31 for lighting the subject, and illumination control means 32 for controlling the illumination means 31. The illumination control means 32 changes an illumination mode of the illumination means 31 each time the moving image photographing means 12 acquires one or plurality of frame images, at least within part of time during the moving image photographing. |
