PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable vehicle seat that can be retracted along a vehicular sidewall by folding a seat back 40 on a seat cushion 50 to be rotated with the vehicular sidewall side of the seat cushion 50 as the center of a hinge, which prevents, by making a member near the seat back of a lock device for holding the seat at a retracting position less noticeable to a vehicle crew when the seat is on the seating position, the seat from looking worse for the lock device.SOLUTION: A lock device is composed of a hook 10 provided on a seat back side and an engaged member 30 provided on a vehicular sidewall side. At a retracting position for the seat, the hook 10 is engaged with the engaged member 30 so that the seat can be held at the retracting position. The hook 10, when the seat is on the seating position, is attached to a surface facing to the seat cushion 50 below the seat back 40. |
