PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a junction material between a heating element and a heat radiator which joins the heating element and the heat radiator to each other with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A junction material between a heating element and a heat radiator includes the heating element which is disposed so that a length measured in a horizontal direction shortens toward the upper side on a projection surface viewed from the lateral side. In this case, when a hole of the heat radiator widens, the heat radiator is moved downward by a self-weight. The movement enables the heat radiator to maintain contact with the heating element. Thus, the aged deterioration of the junction between the heating element and the heat radiator is prevented by a simple structure without using welding and brazing. |
