PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing magnesium is provided to prevent thermal damage to a reaction tube and to heat the tube within an allowable temperature in which the oxidation reaction of the tube is not generated. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing magnesium a heating furnace (200), a reaction tube (300), and an ambient heating unit (400). The heating furnace is internally insulated. The reaction tube is vertically placed inside the heating furnace, and generates magnesium vapor with thermally reducing magnesium raw material inside. The ambient heating unit feeds an ambient gas to the heating furnace in order to heat the reaction tube. The ambient heating unit has a heating body, a heat exchange part, and an ambient gas feeding part. |
