PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain preignition around an antenna in an internal combustion engine firing gaseous mixture by making an electric field generated in a combustion chamber through the antenna facing in the combustion chamber of a cylinder and spark discharge generated between a center electrode and an earth electrode of an ignition plug interact and providing plasma in the combustion chamber.SOLUTION: A temperature of a part of an antenna exposed in a combustion chamber is supposed based on a volume of an output of an electric field emitted from an operating range of an internal combustion engine and the antenna, and an upper limit of the output of the electric field emitted from the antenna is set to suppress the temperature not to generate preignition in the combustion chamber. |
