The method involves allowing flow of micro-fine blasting medium through a swirl structure (10) before entering a nozzle (12), so that the blasting medium is added to the entry into the nozzle under eddy current rotation. The beam angle of the blasting medium is expanded by conical orifice of the nozzle. The nozzle is venturi or Laval nozzle.
