PURPOSE: A hybrid storage device is provided to improve speed and to reduce power consumption by dividing a storage area into a reading cache area and a writing cache area. CONSTITUTION: A non-volatile memory cache (200) is implemented as a non-volatile memory and executes a cache function temporally storing data. A center processing unit (CPU) accesses the data from the non-volatile memory cache. The non-volatile memory cache is constructed as a ring structure and is divided into a reading cache area (220) and a writing cache area (210). The reading cache area is allocated to a storage area. |
