PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light deflector which has a small number of components and can be manufactured in a short manufacturing process.SOLUTION: The light deflector 100 includes a first rotary part 10 and a second rotary part 20. The first rotary part 10 includes a frame part 11, a mirror part 12 and torsion bars 13a, 13b. The second rotary part 20 includes a frame part 21, a central frame part 22 and torsion bars 23a, 23b. The mirror part 12 rotates around a first axis. The central frame part 22 rotates around a second axis which is different from the first axis. A coil 14 and magnets 15a, 15b which are drive parts for rotating the mirror part 12, and a coil 24 and magnets 25a, 25b which are drive parts for rotating the central frame part 22 are all disposed outside the mirror part 12. |
