PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for providing interaction information by using an image on a display.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for providing interaction information by using an image on a display. A method for using a device to provide settlement information to a counterpart device comprises: displaying, on an unlock screen of the device, a card image of a card of a user of the device; and receiving a touch input from the user with respect to the card image. The settlement information which corresponds to the touched card image is used for performing a settlement via the device.
