The present invention relates to a multifunctional raincoat in which a lower body protection unit is extended from an upper body protection unit after being integrated to the upper body protection unit, for adjusting the length of hems if necessary, preventing the lower body of a user from being exposed to rainwater and getting wet, and protecting the body underneath the knees of the user from rainwater when the user is using a transportation including a bicycle or a motorcycle by surrounding the legs of the lower body using the lower body protection unit. |
