The present invention relates to a ceramic heater and, more particularly, to a rolling ceramic heater which is used by being mounted in a wide range in spite of the change of the outer shape or volume of a heating object by controlling a length and performing a rolling operation by assembling or combining small ceramic units with a heating element. The rolling ceramic heater according to the present invention includes the heating element which includes a zigzag structure; and a ceramic assembly element which includes the ceramic units which are assembled and combined in the heating element.
