Disclosed are a heating device which applies thermochromic paints and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing a heating device according to an aspect of the present invention comprises the steps of preparing a plane heating wire sheet by arranging a resistance heating wire between a first sheet which has a width corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of a pipe to be installed and is made of a first material including glass fiber and a second sheet of a first material which does not include the glass fiber; preparing a cylindrical heating wire sheet to cover the outer peripheral surface of the pipe to be installed by wrapping the plane heating wire sheet by an industrial rap to form a cylindrical shape and by curing the plane heating wire sheet at the predetermined reference temperature; making a cylindrical heat insulating material which has the opened upper and lower surfaces and one side surface to cover the external surface of the cylindrical heating wire sheet by extruding rubber, separately from the step of preparing the cylindrical heating wire sheet; attaching the cylindrical heat insulating material to the outside of the cylindrical heating wire sheet to prevent heat of the cylindrical heating wire sheet from being emitted to the outside; and attaching, to at least a portion of the external surface of the cylindrical heat insulating material, a thermochromic member of which color is varied according to the temperature change. |
