PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a high speed open type box is provided to automatically supply a box plate and eject the manufactured box, and automate a bending work and an adhering work for manufacturing the box, thereby maximizing productivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a high speed open type box includes a box plate supplying part(100), a box plate transferring part(200), an adhesive discharging part(300), a base plate pressurizing part, a base plate molding part(500), and a position fixing guide(600). The box plate supplying part moves plural box plates. The box plate transferring part supplies the moved box plates to the lower side of a main frame one by one. The adhesive discharging part spreads an adhesive on the outer vane of the box plate transferred to the lower side of the main frame. The base plate pressurizing part pressurizes the base plate of the box plate, on which the adhesive is spread, in one direction. The box plate molding part bends the outer vane and the inner vane of the transferred box plate so that the inner vane adheres to the outer vane. The position fixing guide mounts the box plate on an accurate position as necessary so that the box plate, which passes through the adhesive discharging part, is smoothly pressurized by the base plate pressurizing part. |
