MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE CHANGE OF COLOR TILE OF THE KOREAN TYPE

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing Korean style discolored tiles comprising the steps of: preparing clay; kneading the clay and molding into a tile shape; drying molded tiles; arranging the tiles dried in a kiln on top of each other; carrying out oxidation firing by shooting out flame into the kiln which is sealed; extinguishing fire; first cooling the kiln; injecting gas (LNG) after closing a door of the kiln; and second cooling after opening the door of the kiln. In the step of arranging the tiles on top of each other, the tiles are arranged at different intervals, and an amount of injected gas in the gas injection step is reduced by stages. Therefore, traditional Korean style tiles with blue and gray patterns can be manufactured. Additionally, according to the method of manufacturing Korean style discolored tiles, the Korean style discolored tiles can be manufactured by gas carburizing without using firewood.
