PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively detect a contact interface in an object to be measured.SOLUTION: A contact interface detection device includes: an incident means (ultrasonic probe 22) for allowing an ultrasonic incident wave to be incident on an object 10 to be measured; a vibration distribution detection means (laser Doppler vibrometer 30) for detecting vibration distribution in a plurality of positions on a surface of the object to be measured generated by the incident wave; and a detection means (computer 36) for extracting harmonic components of the incident wave from the detected vibration distribution and detecting a contact surface in the object to be measured on the basis of a distribution state of the extracted harmonic components.
