PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress degradation of drivability and perform appropriate charge/discharge control for an energy storage device according to the temperature condition of a conductive component.SOLUTION: A control device for an energy storage device performs charge/discharge control according to the temperature of a conductive component which is electrically connected to the energy storage device mounted on a vehicle. The control device comprises an evaluation value calculation part for calculating an evaluation value to evaluate the temperature condition of the conductive component on the basis of a current value detected when the energy storage device is charged or discharged, and a change part for restricting an upper limit of discharge power or charge power of the energy storage device if the evaluation value exceeds a threshold. The change part changes a restricted amount of the upper limit according to an amount of change of the evaluation value per unit time and a vehicle speed. |
