PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether a seal impression is properly sealed with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An information processor 1 determines a sealed state of a seal impression from an image 6 of the seal impression, and obtains a determination result 8. The information processor 1 includes an image acquisition part 2, an extraction part 3, a measurement part 4 and a determination part 5. The image acquisition part 2 acquires the image 6 of the seal impression. The extraction part 3 extracts a seal impression frame 7 from the acquired image 6 of the seal impression. The seal impression frame 7 is a part that corresponds to a seal impression of the seal impression frame in the seal impression. The measurement part 4 measures the width of the extracted seal impression frame 7 in a predetermined interval. The predetermined interval is an interval that is determined by a position, an angle, a distance, or the like. The determination part 5 determines a sealed state on the basis of regularity that a measurement result of the width of the seal impression frame 7. |
