The present invention relates to a complex exercise device using body weight, characterized by comprising: a main frame (100) with an upper and lower horizontal bar (102,104) and vertical rails (110) at the left and right sides of the horizontal bars (102,104); a flexible back support (200) which has a cloud roller (210) rail-coupled on the vertical rail (110) of a main frame (100) to be slid and is formed to support a user′s weight; a foot hanging means (300) coupled with the upper horizontal bar (102) and symmetrically having multiple flexible rollers (310) such that the user can hang his or her feet; a trampoline (400) provided to face the foot hanging means (300) on the lower horizontal bars (104); a folding means (500) coupled at the lower side between the left and right vertical rail (110) and provided to control angle by vertical movement of the upper horizontal bar (102) of the main frame (100); and a supporting bar (600) coupled at the lower side of the left and right vertical rail (110) to be rotated and located at the upper side of the flexible back support (200) such that the user can hold the same by hands. |
