PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which, even if a user does not grasp an installation position of an actual sensor, the actual sensor in accordance with a position indicated by the user is easily discovered so as to be able to be used for creation of a virtual sensor.SOLUTION: A virtual sensor creating device 20 is provided which includes a virtual sensor creating part 250 to create a virtual sensor 281 using an actual sensor 10 existing in a prescribed range using a position indicated by a user as a reference. For an example, when the actual sensor existing in the prescribed range with the indicated position as the reference is detected, the virtual sensor creating part 250 creates the virtual sensor 281 using the detected actual sensor 10. |
