PURPOSE: A spindle motor is provided to generate magnetic pressure by forming a bending part in a base plate through a simple pressing process without an additional member. CONSTITUTION: A rotor case(220) is rotated with a rotary shaft(210) together. A bearing holder(230) comprises a bearing supporting the rotary shaft to be rotatable. An armature(240) rotates the rotor case by interaction with the rotor magnet when receiving an external power. The armature is installed in the outer circumference of the bearing holder in order to be opposite to the rotor magnet. A circuit board is attached on the top of a base plate(250). |
