Abstract A high brightness spotlight contains a cover including a plurality of hollow radiating ribs, a radiation groove, a peripheral 5 slot, at least one limiting slot, and a retaining portion; a circular disk retaining with the retaining portion of the cover and including a LED light;a collective cap fixed in the cover so as to collectively project lights of the LED light;a casing including a plurality of oblique protrusions and a plurality of defining wings, hence after 10 the casing is placed into the cover, the plurality of defining wings are retained into the at least one limiting slot, and the plurality of oblique protrusions are engaged with the peripheral slot of the cover;an electronic device comprised of a first circuit board and at least one second circuit board.The at least one second circuit board 15 is vertically fixed on the first circuit board.
