PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning device that has a waste developer storage container including a sheet member pedestal part in a shape in which the displacement amount of a tip of the sheet member is small even during an increase in temperature of an image forming apparatus body so as to scoop up toner, a process cartridge, and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A cleaning device includes: a cleaning member 5 that comes into contact with a cleaning target member to remove a developer attached to the cleaning target member; a sheet member 9 that comes into contact with the cleaning target member to scoop up the developer removed by the cleaning member 5; and a waste developer storage container 8 that stores the developer removed by the cleaning member 5. The waste developer storage container 8 is provided with an opening part 11 longer than a length in a longitudinal direction of the sheet member 9, and the opening part 11 is closed with a flexible member 10. |
