In each stage, the particles (AB1, AB2, AB3, AB4, AB5, AB6) which do not fall through the filter are fed to the subsequent removal step (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6), whereas the particles (SI1, SI2, SI3, SI4, SI5, SI6) which fall through the filter are allocated to the fraction (SI) with a high protein content.
