The invention relates to a method for separating sunflower extraction meal particles into at least one fraction with a high protein content (SI) and into at least one fraction with a high cellulose content (SII), having the steps of removal (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6) and dry separation (A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7). The steps of removal (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6) and dry separation (A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7) are preferably carried out in two or more stages, and a filter is used for the dry separation (A2, A3, A4, A5, A6, A7). In each stage, the particles (AB1, AB2, AB3, AB4, AB5, AB6) which do not fall through the filter are fed to the subsequent removal step (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6), whereas the particles (SI1, SI2, SI3, SI4, SI5, SI6) which fall through the filter are allocated to the fraction (SI) with a high protein content. |
