The invention relates to medical aids, e.g. bandages and orthoses, comprising at least one knitted fabric, in particular a warp-knitted fabric, especially warp-knitted fabric without loop pile, said fabric having an open structure that can be stretched simultaneously in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
