A home controller comprises a touch panel, and a CPU which displays a calendar upon the touch panel. A calendar display region (501) of the touch panel for displaying calendar dates is displayed in a mode for showing performance information showing power conservation performance of an electrical apparatus on these dates. In one embodiment, the background color of the calendar display region (501) is set to a color corresponding to performance information.
