<p>An objective of the present invention is to present a preview image at high speed. With an x-ray photography system, one instance of x-ray photography is carried out separated into a first x-ray illumination pass and a second x-ray illumination pass. A preview image creation circuit carries out either a binning process or a thinning-out process upon first image data which is outputted from a sensor panel after the completion of the first x-ray illumination pass, creating a preview image. While an accumulation operation is in progress in the sensor panel during the second x-ray illumination pass, the created preview image is transmitted to a console via a communication interface. The preview image is presented in a display of the console during the second x-ray illumination pass.</p> |
