The elastic system has an external group (1a) of rollers and a medial group (1b) of rollers which are positioned on a lower plate. The rollers are connected with each other through a resilient belt, rope (3) and chain. The external group of rollers is arranged at outside and medial group of rollers is arranged at inside to form V-shaped structure.
