The present invention provides a method for providing an asset management service by a bank server. The bank server divides expected rates of return according to asset investment or investment risks into multiple sections, and previously sets a standard investment model to suggest multiple asset investment preferences corresponding to each of the sections, standard asset distribution models representing an asset distribution ratio of each of asset types for the standard investment model according to the asset investment preferences, and recommended product lists for each of the asset types determined for each of the asset investment preferences. The bank server receives, from a branch terminal, customer′s current asset investment preference information and targeted asset investment preference information selected from the standard investment models, and determines a current asset distribution model and a targeted asset distribution model among the standard asset distribution models. The bank server determines a targeted recommended product list corresponding to the targeted asset investment preference among the recommended product lists and transmits the determined list to the branch terminal.
