The present invention provides an unmanned control device for a crane comprising: a crane operating unit installed on one side of a crane and operating a crane; a transporting unit installed on the other side of the crane, having a magnetic body, and transported to a rear plate so as to hoist the rear plate by a magnetic force of the magnetic body; a transport speed control unit installed in one side of the transporting unit so as to detect the approach distance from a current rear plate and controlling the operation of the crane operating unit if the approach distance from a current rear plate is already within the approach distance range of the predetermined standard rear plate, thereby controlling a transport speed of the transporting unit and a method for controlling thereof. |
