PURPOSE: A composition for reducing hangover symptoms and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase reducing speed of hangover symptoms by using various natural materials and useful microorganisms without adding chemicals. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a composition for reducing hangover symptoms comprises the following steps: preparing mixed spawn by mixing thermo fillers, lactobacillus acidophilus, saccharomyces cerevisiae, bacillus subtilis with a weight ratio of 1:1:1:1; mixing and placing 1 part by weight of the mixed spawn, 50-200 parts by weight of Artemisia capillaris Thunb and 50-200 parts by weight of green leaves into a container; cultivating the mixture at room temperature to manufacture first culture medium; mixing 50-200 parts by weight of Artemisia capillaris Thunb, 50-200 parts by weight of green leaves, 50-200 parts by weight of mulberry leaves, 50-250 parts by weight of balsam p ear, and 25-75 parts by weight of arrowroot based on 1 part by weight of the mixed spawn; mixing and cultivating the mixture with the first culture medium and manufacturing second culture medium; and aging the second culture medium at room temperature for 1-2 months.
