The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing measurement data of an optical fiber sensor, which comprises as follows: a step of being inputted with multiple measurement data measured by multiple optical fiber sensors; a step of inspecting whether or not error data exists in the multiple measurement data; a step of detecting the error data by a data diagnosing unit if the error data exists; and a step of correcting the measurement data by deleting the detected error data. The method for diagnosing measurement data of an optical fiber sensor can secure the reliability of the measurement data by detecting and removing additionally generated error data even when multiple measurement data is generated in one optical fiber sensor due to the influence of the surrounding environment. Therefore, the method can increase the reliability of inspection and diagnosis on a device such as a wind turbine where an optical fiber sensor is installed.
