The present invention relates to a guiding device for a crossing which is buried into the ground of the crossing, where a traffic light is not installed, to guide vehicles entering the crossing to run safely and which comprises: a housing having a containing unit, which is opened upward, formed thereon; an impact absorbing unit which is provided on the bottom surface of the containing unit and which absorbs impact delivered from the outside; an inner housing which is provided on the upper surface of the impact absorbing unit and which has a fixed containing space formed therein; a cover which is combined to the upper parts of the housing and the inner housing and which seals the housing and the inner housing from the outside; at least one reflection unit for reflecting light emitted from the headlights of vehicles toward the left and right directions, respectively; a photovoltaic charging unit which is provided in the containing space of the cover and which uses a solar light-collecting panel to convert light energy to electric energy; a light emitting unit which projects the light reflected by the reflection unit to the outside and which uses the electric energy supplied from the photovoltaic charging unit to emit light to the outside; and a fixing bracket for fixing and supporting the photovoltaic charging unit.
